Summary

Weeeell, we met at Burger King for kids' Pokeball toys at 5:30...Not everyone got to show up, but we got a fair amount of people. Natalie and Jenna both wore Pokemon t-shirts... Natalie made hers and button'd it with Paint Shop Pro.

Well, anyway, after some confusion about what Pokemon most of us received in our kids' meals (it was Shelder... thought it was Licking Tongue... it had a big tongue!! But a 6 yr old boy cleared that up for us...).. we all squashed into two cars (Andrew's and Kaci's) and passed and made signs to each other all the way to Marion.

After Andrew almost killed Jenna in the parking lot, we ran into the theatre and moved over two little girls in the front row (poor kids... we took up the entire row 'cept two seats.. making them move over to the very end.. oops.) We all kinda didn't know we were watching Pikachu's vacation..thought it was the movie.. it was weird. They had little intermissions with pokemon chanting their names... (which I thought to be subliminal messages to destroy America. Which is fine, as long as they keep producing anime)

After numerously coooool appearances by Team Rocket (our favorite..), I think we've all decided we love Mew. Pikachu looked like he was in for it when the evil Pokeballs were trying to capture him.. but Natalie boosted his speed by squeezing her pikachu and cheering him on... Kaci was trying to help by lighting Charmander's tail... er, unfortunely, pikachu was captured...but he got out with Ash's help! Yay!

After the movie, we went to the mall and played video games in the arcade and rode little kids' rides (the cars in the above pictures). We were REALLY hyper...I don't know what they put in the kid's meals. Anyway, I played a lot of shooting games (I only lost because Andrea was squirting water at me with her Shelder pokemon, yeah, that's it.... -_-... Wes, however, kicked lots of butt- as seen in the picture of him shooting bad guys)

We wandered around hyperily and made lots of noise and did odd lil' things I can't really explain here without you seeing it.. But we did get a security guard after us. (Quoth the Security Guard: "I don't even want to know...") After that I tried to kiss a bear and reindeer on display and we then left.

I also stoned Wesley with mentos.

And we did a little Anime Club cheer.

It was fun.

We to Steak and Shake then Walmart to run around being loud and weird.

All in all, we had a hyper sugary night. With lots of moral lessons to be learned every five minutes. My, I feel like singing a happy song just thinking about it.

I think we all can't wait for another hyped meeting.
